The Ambassador's Lounge is named after the Berryhill Ambassador, ie Christine's nephew, David, who farms neighbouring Berryhill and the land at Edenbank. Whenever he sleeps here, this is his favourite room. In Summer he can look out on his herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle - Marks and Spencers beef on the hoof!

He has chosen wisely, because this is a lovely room, originally the upstairs drawing room, with a superb view across the fields towards Stichill village in the distance.

This is a large double , en-suite room. It has a double bed, arm chairs, a writing desk, wardrobe and its original fireplace and shutters. Like the other rooms in the house, the Ambassador's Lounge has been refurbished and offers elegant accommodation.

Tea and coffee making facilities are available.
